in the ZADP Teaching Fellow programme
The fellowships provide an opportunity for anaesthetic trainees to join a cross-cultural training experience with exposure to a varied and challenging case mix.
There is a strong emphasis on education, the development of educational resources, and supporting system changes that improve perioperative care.
Applicants with skills in these areas and a desire to improve global healthcare are essential to the success of ZADP. You will have the opportunity to expand your experience of mentorship, education, management and leadership opportunities remotely.
As a ZADP fellow,
you will have the opportunity to support anaesthesia development in Zambia through training, quality improvement, and research.

Role descriptions
Remote fellows can volunteer from home and support Zambian anaesthesia trainees through a remote teaching program, exam preparation, research, QI mentorship and much more. In-country fellows, will support training from Zambia through clinical training, exam support, mentorship and much more. Time will be allocated for both clinical and non-clinical activities.
